Can I get a refund after 45 days?
The guarantee window is 45 days from your purchase date. After that, email us anyway — if there's a clear reason the software failed you (a bug, a feature that was advertised but doesn't work for your use case), we'll figure something out. We just can't promise it the way we promise the 45-day window.

Will I be blocked from buying again later?
No. Refunding doesn't blacklist you. If you change your mind a year from now, you can buy again.

Do I lose access to my photos?
No. ListingGems processes photos locally on your machine — we never see them and never store them. Anything you've already exported stays on your drive whether you keep the software or not.

I can't find my order number.
No problem. Just send the email you used at checkout. We'll find your purchase from that.
